If the balloon flight is cancelled due to weather and you choose not to rebook, the Cairns Aquarium entry remains valid, but its retail value ($58 per person) will be deducted from your refund.
If you attend the Aquarium before a rescheduled flight and later cancel, the retail value of the Aquarium entry will also be deducted from the refund.
